School Day
Learners will be taught in small class groups (max 6 pupils). Learners will experience a range of teaching methods, whole class, small group and 1:1 teaching.
Teachers will use a whole range of strategies to engage and motivate learners to make the best possible progress. Outdoor learning and the use of outside providers will further enrich the learning experience, increasing engagement and meaning.
Subjects will be taught discreetly due to the increased knowledge content required at Key Stage 3 but where possible, subject topics will be linked to form themes to aid understanding and promote the generalisation of skills.
