Ethos Statement

We believe that everyone should be accepted, that we are all worthy of our place and that we should all be treated fairly and with respect. We embrace and celebrate our differences; we are ‘same same, but different’!

We believe that everyone should be responsible members of the community - responsible for self in learning, behaviour and attitude, and responsible towards others by being kind, thoughtful and honest.

We believe that anyone who walks through the door of iCollege has the potential to flourish, and that with nurture and belief, they can be inspired to open themselves to a limitless future.

We believe that everyone can achieve something positive every day and that with resilience, determination and hard work, everyone can take steps towards success.

We believe that everyone is teachable and deserves to be taught well. We start with the learner and what they need and we meet those needs in many different and creative ways.
