iCollege Careers Programme iCollege is committed to providing students withhigh quality careers information, advice and guidance to inspire and support them to be happy and successful in their chosen careers.
Careers education is an integral part of Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE) and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) delivered through teacher-led group sessions, guest presenters, employability workshops, work experience, careers events, employer visitsand individual appointments. iCollegehave commissioned Adviza, an independent provider of careers services, to provide careers information, advice and guidance to our students.
The iCollege careers initiative underpins learning and teaching throughout the Service and is embedded in all curriculum subjects. Linking learning relevance to future careers will be developed at every opportunity by subject teachers.
iCollege teachers and staff meet regularly to share best practice in careers development and to raise awareness of individual student feedback and support needs.
